FitGirls offers small group personal training and boot camps to girls aged 8-14 years with a focus on healthy physical activity and fitness while gaining a positive body image, growing self-esteem and self-confidence and nutritional patterns and behaviours.

Fitness, education and fun are a powerful combination and we have developed a complete program that includes all three aspects!

FitGirls is designed intentionally for pre-teen and adolescent girls and their ever changing needs. Workouts are challenging, fun, and strive to make a positive impact on the girl’s fitness and over-all self-confidence.

Junior Girls – Ages 8-10

 

Our 50 minute boot camp class will be comprised of a 40 minute circuit training workout along with a 10 minute age appropriate lesson

The workout portion will utilize age appropriate equipment and focus on coordination development, postural-improvement and correction, body flexibility, cardiovascular fitness and core strength.

The lesson portion will focus on a different age appropriate topic each week including fitness, nutrition, self-esteem, self-confidence, body image and girl empowerment.

 Senior Girls – Ages 11-14
